1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", or "Affiliate Partner") and Nexus Platform ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By registering an account, purchasing any skill package, or accessing digital materials on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms.

2 Nature of Platform: Ed-Tech Learning Management System (LMS)

3 Eligibility & Account Security

To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and bank KYC submission.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• Immediately notify our security desk of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

4 Affiliate Partner Program & Commission Rules

Enrolled students have the voluntary option to participate in our performance-based affiliate referral program:

• Independent Contractor: Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or legal partners of Nexus Platform.
• Performance Only: Commissions are generated exclusively upon verified, paid package sales made via an affiliate's unique encrypted referral link. No commissions are awarded merely for signing up free users.
• KYC & Payouts: Payout withdrawals are processed via direct NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or UPI into bank accounts matching the verified KYC name on file. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and standard accounting regulations apply as per Indian tax laws.

5 Affiliate Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Any affiliate found engaging in the following unethical marketing practices will face immediate and permanent termination without notice:

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All video lessons, training modules, graphic templates, logos, source code, and study notes published on Nexus Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Unauthorized screen-recording, ripping, downloading, re-selling, or redistributing course content on torrents, YouTube, or private Telegram channels is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate criminal prosecution and claims for civil damages.

7 Termination & Suspension of Accounts

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or permanently terminate any user or affiliate account if:

• You violate any clause of these Terms or the strict No-Refund Policy.
• You engage in fraudulent chargeback disputes with your issuing bank.
• You defame, harass, or solicit other users or staff members.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
