How Nexus Platform collects, encrypts, and protects your personal and financial credentials.

Effective Date: November 7, 2026

1 Introduction & Commitment to Data Privacy

At Nexus Platform, we are committed to safeguarding the digital privacy of our students, affiliates, and visitors. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, transmission, and retention in full compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules).

2 Information We Collect

We collect information directly provided by you during registration, checkout, and KYC submission:

Personal Identification:

Full Name, Email Address, Mobile/WhatsApp number, Account Password (stored as one-way Bcrypt hashes).

Financial & KYC Data (Affiliates):

Bank Account Number, IFSC code, Account Holder Name, UPI ID, and PAN card for tax compliance (TDS).

3 Payment Gateway Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

Zero-Storage Cardholder Policy:

We do NOT collect, view, store, or process complete credit card numbers, debit card details, CVVs, or UPI MPINs on our internal servers.

All financial checkout transactions are securely transmitted via TLS/SSL 256-bit encryption directly to our Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, or PayU). These payment processors adhere strictly to the highest level of security certification: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1).

4 Purpose & Use of Collected Data

We process your data exclusively for legitimate business and educational purposes:

  • Provisioning user accounts, course enrollments, and generating completion certificates.
  • Sending transactional receipts, password resets, and critical LMS system alerts.
  • Calculating and disbursing verified affiliate referral commissions directly to bank accounts.
  • Preventing fraud, duplicate registrations, and unauthorized IP account sharing.

5 Absolute "No Sale of Personal Data" Guarantee

We value your trust above all else. Nexus Platform will NEVER rent, sell, trade, or distribute your phone numbers, email addresses, or personal records to third-party telemarketers, spam list aggregators, or external advertisers.

6 Cookies & Referral Tracking

Our platform uses standard session cookies to keep you securely logged into your student dashboard. Additionally, encrypted 30-day tracking cookies are utilized to attribute sales correctly to referring affiliate partners. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may limit your login functionality.

Your user credentials and progress data are hosted on secure enterprise-grade cloud servers featuring automated firewall defense, SQL injection protection, and encrypted database backups. We retain student learning records for as long as your account remains active.
